Aputure Amaran AL-F7 - Powerful and Portable Videolight Led

Aputure Amaran AL-F7 offers features like stepless brightness all the way down to 1% strength (8 lux at 0.5m in 3200k), allowing the light to be very accurate. The lamp is very compact and fits perfectly on the camera, but can of course also be used on a tripod. The AL-F7 can be powered by either D-Tap, USB-C or with standard Sony NP-F batteries.

Variable brightness in 8.3 f-steps

Thanks to the ability to set a very low power, the F7 has a power span of 8.3 apertures, giving you the opportunity to fine tune the light and get exactly the amount of light you need. The lowest minimum power of only 8 lux at 0.5m in 3200k allows to create very subtle lighting with high accuracy, even in dark and dark environments. At the other end of the brightness, the F7 has a very high maximum power of 5500 lux at 0.5m in 5500k.

Wide light temperature

Amaran Al-F7 has a wide range of color temperatures, from 3200k change to 9500k, giving you a great opportunity to match the color to other light sources or use the color temperature to create effects and feeling in your movies or pictures.

D-tap, USB-C and NP-F battery

Use D-Tap or USB-C to power your F7. Thanks to several different connections, you can use both a PowerBank, V-mount / Gold-mount or a standard Sony NP-F. The display shows you how much battery is left. Battery life is about 3 hours at 100% power with a Sony NP-F970 battery. The maximum power may vary when using USB-C, depending on the power source.

Compact size

The compact size makes it easy to mount the AL-F7 on a camera, but it is also good to mount the lamp on, for example, an illumination stand.

Quick setting

On the back of the lamp is a display that gives you information about power in%, current color temperature in K, and battery status. An On / Off switch and a combined brightness and color temperature control knob make it easy to set the lamp.
