10× 12G-SDI inputs – UHD up to 2160p60

This switcher features 10 multi-rate 12G-SDI inputs that support SD, HD, and UHD formats up to 4K60. Each input is equipped with a built-in frame synchronizer, frame rate converter, and format converter. This allows for smooth handling of different cameras and formats without the need for genlock, giving producers greater freedom when working with various sources.

Professional transitions & built-in DVE

ATEM 1 M/E Constellation 4K offers a range of advanced broadcast-quality transition effects, including mix, dip, and wipe. The powerful DVE processor enables squeeze effects and advanced graphic transitions. The built-in DVE also allows for the creation of professional picture-in-picture effects with 3D edges, shadows, and lighting effects, giving producers the ability to create visually stunning presentations.

Advanced keyers

The switcher is equipped with 4 upstream chroma keyers per M/E row as well as downstream keyers, making it perfect for professional graphics and virtual studios. This is particularly useful for green screen productions and complex layer compositions, making it easy to integrate various visual elements into a production.

Multiview with up to 16 windows

The integrated multiview output can display up to 16 routable windows, including program, preview, inputs, media players, clean feed, and audio level meters. Fairlight 48-channel audio mixer

All SDI inputs are connected to a built-in Fairlight audio mixer that offers 6-band parametric EQ, compressor, limiter, noise gate, and expander. With support for embedded SDI audio (16 channels per input) as well as analog audio inputs, producers can easily manage and adjust audio to ensure high sound quality in their productions.

Professional talkback & camera control

The built-in talkback function includes a 5-pin XLR headset connection as well as RJ12 for integration with ClearCom or RTS systems. It also supports SDI talkback via channel 15/16 as well as tally and camera control over SDI, making it easier for producers to communicate and control cameras during live productions.

Internal media pool

The internal media pool can store up to 20 still images and 200 frames of animations in RGBA quality. Media players are displayed as separate inputs without taking up SDI ports, providing more flexibility in managing visual content during production.

Flexible control

The switcher can be controlled via the front panel, ATEM Software Control (Mac/Windows), or any ATEM Advanced Panel. Multiple users can work simultaneously over Ethernet, facilitating collaboration and efficient production.
