It combines award-winning design with practical features that protect racing bikes and smaller mountain bikes with frames up to 62 cm during travel. The case uses a fully separable shell made from rugged ABS material and a self-tightening strap system to keep the two halves securely closed while you move between airports, hotels, or event locations.

The bike.box 2.0 features a fully removable lid so you can place and secure frames up to 62 cm with precision. The removable lid simplifies packing and gives clear access when positioning the frame and components. Multiple included foam pads cushion the bike and reduce movement inside the case. When you close the case, the two halves interlock at six points and the self-tightening strap system draws them together for a tight, stable fit.

This kit arrives with purpose-built protection for every sensitive area of the bike. Wheels go into two medium wheel bags. The built-in frame suspension keeps the main frame stable. Several foam elements provide added security: two foam pads for the frame, a foam block that covers the chainring, a foam spacer for the handlebars, foam tubes for particularly vulnerable parts, and spacers for the dropouts and front fork ends. A chain guard is also included to protect drivetrain components.
