Bit Part bitbox iPad Plate is a comprehensive solution specifically designed for the Apple iPad Mini (6th generation and up). Together with our good friends at Possum Solutions, we have created a plate that allows for direct mounting of a bitbox radio, providing an optimal handheld camera control unit. This plate is available in the colors Space Gray and Signal Orange (RAL2010) and will start shipping in May 2025.

The Bitbox iPad Plate is equipped with several mounting points that make it both secure and versatile. Here are some of the key features:

• bitbox screw mounting pattern: This allows you to attach your bitbox for added security and convenience. There is also a 1/4-20 mounting point behind the bitbox for those who want to use a Wedgie, Lnkcine, Cinelock, or similar.
• Battery plate mounting pattern: The plate includes a genuine bebob AMMicro plate, but also supports mounting of a compatible Anton Bauer Gold Mount or V-Mount micro plate (sold separately).
• Multiple mounting orientations: The battery plate can be mounted in various directions depending on use. The battery can be placed vertically to provide the iPad with a comfortable angle for use on a cart or desk, or horizontally for different docking options.
• Threads and mounts: The plate has plenty of 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes for extra mounting options. The screw pattern around the edge of the plate also supports Wooden Camera mini rails.
• Organized cables: All cables are smartly routed through the plate to keep things tidy and secure.
• Hook loops: Designed with Peak Design Anchor Links in mind for added functionality.
