Turtle base for low mounting and easy transport

The kit features a Turtle Base, a design where the riser section can be quickly removed from the base. You can carry the base separately for more compact transport, or use the base with a stand adapter to create a low mounting position when needed.

Robust 40" grip arm and 2.5" grip head

The included 40" grip arm is made from steel tubing with a 5/8" (16 mm) diameter and a faceted hex stud at the end to keep lighting fixtures securely positioned. The tubing surface is machined to create a rough, non-slip texture for safer handling.

The 2-1/2" (2.5") grip head is composed of rotating aluminum discs attached to a 5/8" (16 mm) receiver. The discs contain four different V-shaped jaws that accept accessories with 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", or 1/4" mounting studs or tubing. The V-shaped jaws include teeth to grip mounted items securely. The grip head also features an oversized ergonomic T-handle and dedicated roller bearings to deliver maximum torque when tightening.
