Material and Quality

Westcott offers its backdrops in two material options: matte vinyl and lightweight canvas. The lightweight canvas is specially designed to be reflection-free and has a soft, textured surface that resembles a traditional painted backdrop. This type of backdrop is highly durable and tear-resistant, making it ideal for frequent use.

Flexibility with Lighting

One of the fantastic features of the Westcott X Drop Lightweight Canvas Backdrop is its flexibility in use. By adjusting the lighting, using gels, or changing the color temperature, you can alter the appearance of the backdrop and create different moods and effects. For dark colors, the canvas material is recommended, as vinyl can give a certain sheen in some lighting conditions.
