SMDV

SMDV Cine Modifier 120The SMDV Cine Modifier 120 shapes the light of cine fixtures up to 5000 watts: as soft as a softbox, but with the beam pushed forward. At longer distances you keep more intensity than a regular softbox of the same size. SMDV puts the 120 to work in interviews and as a versatile key light.HighlightsConcentrates the light forward instead of spreading it in every directionUp to 40 percent more light in the centre of the beam than SMDV's own Flip44ProOne Touch mount adapter: you swap fixture brands in about a second, without toolsAdapters for A mount, NL mount, G mount and Bowens mount, ordered separatelyThe front diffuser and the inner diffuser go in and out with the same One Touch systemWorks with LED cine fixtures up to 5000 wattsBeamA softbox scatters the light and loses reach in the process. The Cine is built deeper and aims the light forward. SMDV measures up to 40 percent more light in the centre of the beam than on its own Flip44Pro, and less light lands beside the subject where you do not want it. On the Cine 120 that works out at 6,270 lx against 4,470 lx at three metres.MountsThe mount adapter clicks into the back with the One Touch system and comes off again without tools. There are four versions: the A mount for the Aputure Electro Storm CS15, XT26 and XT52, the NL mount for the Nanlux Evoke 900C, 1200, 1200B, 2400B and 5000B, the G mount for the Godox MG1200R, MG2400R and MG4K, and a Bowens mount for fixtures with a Bowens fitting. You order the adapters separately, so one modifier keeps serving several fixtures.DiffusersYou work with a front diffuser and an inner diffuser, both on the same One Touch system. Swapping them takes a few seconds, even with the fixture already on the stand.,Type: Focused modifier for cine fixturesSuitable for: LED cine fixtures up to 5000 WMount system: One Touch mount adapterAvailable mounts: A mount, NL mount, G mount, Bowens mount (sold separately)Diffusers: Front diffuser and inner diffuser, One TouchWarranty: 2 years,Aputure Electro Storm CS15 (with SMDV A Mount for Cine Modifier)Aputure Electro Storm XT26 (with SMDV A Mount for Cine Modifier)Aputure Electro Storm XT52 (with SMDV A Mount for Cine Modifier)Nanlux Evoke 900C (with SMDV NL Mount for Cine Modifier)Nanlux Evoke 1200 (with SMDV NL Mount for Cine Modifier)Nanlux Evoke 1200B (with SMDV NL Mount for Cine Modifier)Nanlux Evoke 2400B (with SMDV NL Mount for Cine Modifier)Nanlux Evoke 5000B (with SMDV NL Mount for Cine Modifier)Godox MG1200R (with SMDV G Mount for Cine Modifier)Godox MG2400R (with SMDV G Mount for Cine Modifier)Godox MG4K (with SMDV G Mount for Cine Modifier)Fixtures with a Bowens fitting (with SMDV B Mount for Cine Modifier)
