With SmallRig 2837, users can easily switch between different filming methods. The shoulder plate features standard M6 ARRI rosette mounts on both sides, making it a perfect fit with the handle on Sony FX9 cameras as well as SmallRig rosette handles. This provides users with a flexible and versatile experience.

The dual rod system on the shoulder plate has a standard diameter of 15 mm with a distance of 60 mm between the rods. The front and rear parts of the rod system can be adjusted 24 mm, ensuring that the distance between the center of the lens and the rods is 85 mm for cameras such as FX9, FS5, URSA MINI, and CANON C300. This adjustability makes it easy to customize the equipment for different filming scenarios.

SmallRig 2837 is also equipped with a Manfrotto 501 quick-release plate, allowing for a center of gravity adjustment of up to 80 mm. This enables the mounting of follow-focus and matte box without the need to remove them, saving time and making filming more efficient.
