Despite its compact footprint, the Type 500 offers space for the Insta360 X3 together with additional equipment. The case base contains a blue/black customised foam insert tailored to the camera, while the lid includes egg-crate foam for extra cushioning. Together these inserts stabilise and protect your gear against shocks and movement during transit.

Built for travel and outdoor conditions

This case handles a wide range of outdoor conditions. It protects your Insta360 actioncam from snow, hail and rain. Additionally, it remains temperature-stable from -30° C up to +80° C, so it copes with extreme temperature swings that you may encounter on location or in transit.

Impact protection and security features

The Type 500 is impact- and shockproof to withstand drops and rough handling. For security, the case has two eyelets suitable for padlocks (Ø 4.5 mm) and two locks for maximum protection against accidental opening. The case also includes a name tag and is stackable for organised storage.

The case is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and carries multiple certifications. It is airworthy and equipped with an automatic pressure compensation valve for safe air travel.
