The connection runs over Bluetooth and works with both the native camera app and the PGYTECH Pro Imaging App. The built in battery lasts around 48 hours and charges in about 1.5 hours over 5V/0.3A.Vintage design with MagSafeThe phone case is made of high strength PC material and finished with a silver coloured edge, black lychee grain leather and a CNC machined lens ring. MagSafe stays fully usable, so magnetic accessories and wireless charging keep working. The base of the grip carries a 1/4" 20 thread for tripods and extension poles. Case and grip both have lanyard holes for a carrying strap rated up to 20 kg.External recording via microSDThe built in microSD slot writes footage straight to a memory card at USB 3.1 speeds up to 312 MB/s. UHS I and UHS II microSDXC, SDHC and SD cards are supported. Alongside RAW stills, ProRes and HEVC are available for video, including 4K at 30 fps and cinematic 24 fps. External recording is not available at 4K 60 fps and above.PGYTECH Pro Imaging AppThe companion app adds film filters and a retro interface, with manual control over shutter speed down to 1 second, ISO and white balance. Its processing reduces the default over sharpening of the iPhone for a more natural result. Instant style watermarks and adjustable frames are available for finishing. Combined with the microSD card, full format recording is possible.Expandable systemThe supplied lens adapter ring prepares the set for the optional PGYTECH telephoto lenses and filter adapter rings, which are sold separately.
