Built on an umbrella frame, they pop open like an umbrella in seconds. No loose parts or speedring are required, making the set ideal for use on location. No adapter ring requiredMost softboxes require an expensive and heavy adapter ring. Thanks to its umbrella frame, the Halo fits directly into the umbrella receptacle found on virtually all studio lights.Versatile light qualityFace the light forward through the white diffusion front for specular highlights with a strong fall off from highlight to shadow. Face the light towards the back of the Halo for soft, even light with less than half a stop of light loss from centre to edge. With over 140 degrees of light spread, the set is ideal for large groups or children.Pairs with speedlitesThe Halo is a perfect pair with speedlites: softbox control with the set up ease of an umbrella. An optional 5015 Shoe Mount bracket is required to mount a speedlite and Halo onto a light stand with full tilting capability.Robust materialsThe frame is made entirely of metal, with no plastic to break. The front is made of pure white Full Stop diffusion material with a base of silver ripstop with a black backing.,Set: 45" Halo and 28" Apollo light modifierMounting: umbrella receptacle, no adapter ring or speedring requiredLight spread: over 140 degreesFront material: pure white Full Stop diffusion fabricBase material: silver ripstop with black backingHalo frame material: solid steelMaximum wattage: 500 wattsShaft size: 7 mm tipHalo arc: 114.3 cm (45")Halo width (tip to tip): 102.9 cm (40.5")Halo length: 73.7 cm (29")Halo weight: 0.4 kg (0.9 lbs)Collapsed dimensions: 7.6 x 73.7 x 7.0 cmWarranty: 2 years,1 x 45" Round Halo1 x 28" Medium Apollo2 x 8" light stand2 x adjustable Shoe Mount bracket1 x carry case
