With a five inch bright screen of 1000 cd / m2, Atomos Shinobi is their first pure monitor for camcorder and system camera, focusing on supporting and simplifying your work through assist functions, HDR functionality and Mirror Mode for those filming yourself.

5 ”screen

With the high-resolution and bright screen, Shinobi is a great tool in your video production. The light weight of 196g makes it possible to attach to all types of cameras and is advantageously used for video recording with system cameras. Shinobi has integrated "Mirror Mode" for you filming yourself, but does not have a rotary screen on your camera.

AtomOS 10

With AtomOS 10, Atomos software for its monitors you have features like focus peaking, zoom, zebra, false colors, frame guides, waveform and vector scopes to help you focus and exposure right from the start, so you get less work in front of your computer in the edit. There is also support for LUTs in the screen, to get a picture of what the end result will look like on location.

10-bit HDR display

With HDR in-screen support, you can see more detail in your video between shadows and highlights. Shinobi supports incoming Log / PQ and HLG (Hybrid Log gamma).

Calibration support

Seeing correct colors is of the utmost importance when recording and more importantly your screen reproduces them. Atomos Shinobi supports calibration via the X-Rite i1DisplayPro, so you can be sure that what you see on the screen is accurate.

Many connections to support several types of rigs

Shinobi has ¼ ”screw connections on the top and bottom of the monitor. With the battery in the center of the screen, it's easy to balance it on all cameras and video rigs.
