SHAPE designed the FS5/FS5M2 adapter plate to allowmore adjustment when using the Sony FS5 or FS5M2 camera with the SHAPE V-lockquick release baseplate (BP0008). The adapter also comes with a removableMetabones adaptor plate (FS5MA) in the front with 3 mm of verticaladjustment to provide great support. Fixed with 2 screws, this will support theweight and reduce the stress of the camera lens mount. For a precisepositioning, we designed the bracket with a 3 mm vertical adjustment to makesure it’s well positioned for the best support.
