This kit is based around the CNC-machined aluminum 7Q+Cage, which protects the monitor and adds mounting points for accessories. Theincluded side-handles allow the director or client to grab the monitor and holdit with them so they can follow the action. See below for more information onthe individual items in this kit.

Odyssey 7Q+ Cage Protect your Convergent Design Odyssey 7Q+ with this Odyssey 7Q+ Cage fromSHAPE. Manufactured from CNC-machined aluminum, this cage surrounds the Odyssey7Q+, shielding it from bumps and falls. The cage’s design doesn’t add anysignificant bulk to the monitor, and, while easily removable, it is solidenough to be a permanent fixture.

Additional features include numerous 1/4″-20threaded holes for mounting additional accessories to the cage or for mountingthe monitor itself to your rig. An integrated HDMI cable clamp protects theHDMI output and prevents unwanted cable snags from thwarting your video feed.

Universal 1/4″-20 Screw Handles (Pair)
This pair of SHAPE Universal 1/4″-20 Screw Handles are designed to attach tothe Atomos Shogun Cage for faster and easier transport and mobility. Theyfeature SHAPE’s push-button technology that allows for quick adjustment of thehandle at the push of a button. You can adjust the handles up or down as wellas slide them sideways.

Featuring 1/4″-20 mounting screws, these handles can also be usedvarious other equipment, including other cages. The handles are made from CNCmachined aluminum parts and a stainless steel locking mechanism for durabilityand sturdiness.
