The MTT605B Carbon Fiber Video Tripod Kit features an carbon fiber  tripod, compact fluid head, and ground spreader, and it includes a carry case to pack all these into, providing a complete solution for up to 17.6 lb loads, which is the payload of the fluid head. The tripod has a 75mm bowl base, and the fluid head has a flat base and comes with a 75mm half ball adapter that lets you attach it to the tripod.

The flat base of the fluid head has a 3/8"-16 mounting thread on the bottom. A benefit of the flat base is that it allows you to attach the head directly to sliders and another camera supports that have a 3/8"-16 mounting screw or 3/8"-16 adapter. With this capability, you can easily move the head along with your camera between the tripod and these various other supports. A quick-release plate included with the head offers both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera mounting screws along with a locating pin. The head also comes with a pan bar and has an integrated bubble level for checking balance.

The included ground spreader, which allows for increased stability, is removable from the tripod. When it's removed, the tripod's spiked feet can be used on soft ground. A key feature of the tripod is a simple single-flip leg locking system on each of the legs, allowing you to efficiently adjust the height of each leg. The tripod is height-adjustable from approximately 20 to 67" in two stages/three sections. The head adds several more inches on top of this, allowing you to shoot from high angles.
