Røde AI-Micro is an ultra-compact two-channel interface for recording high-quality sound to a mobile phone or computer. With two auto-sensing inputs to connect virtually any microphone with 3.5mm output, headphone jack and a USB output for use with all newer smartphones, tablets and computers, AI-Micro lets you record without limits. The sound card is fully compatible with Røde's sound app for full control over the recording, which gives you the opportunity for a mobile sound recording in radio studio quality.

Connect two microphones to your mobile or computer

AI-Micro has dual 3.5mm inputs to connect a variety of microphones, such as RØDE VideoMics, mosquito microphones or wireless systems such as Wireless GO. The inputs are auto-sensing which detects if a TRS or TRRS microphone is connected and automatically adjusts to fit - no adapters needed. Input 1 can also be configured as a simple stereo TRS input for use with stereo microphones.

High-quality microphone amplifiers and high-resolution recording in 24-bit / 48kHz ensure crystal clear sound recording on all devices. A headphone output assists with echo-free audio monitoring and playback. Whether you are interviewing, podcasting, presenting or livestreaming, you can record incredible sound anywhere with AI-Micro.

Connection options

AI-Micro easily connects to all devices with the included cables SC21 (Lightning to USB-C), SC22 (USB-C to USB-C) and SC23 (USB-C to USB-A) and is compatible with all RØDE apps including RØDE Central, RØDE Connect and RØDE Reporter. These apps offer enhanced features and functionality, device configuration on the go, recording quality of transmission on both mobile devices and computers and more.
