The Laowa 9 / 2.8 Zero-D is a very compact, straight-drawing, ultra-wide-angle lens with frames for mirrorless cameras from Canon, Fujifilm, Micro 4/3 and Sony. It is adapted for sensors in APS-C format or smaller (does not fit cameras with sensor in 35mm full format).

The viewing angle (~ 113 ° for APS-C) corresponds to a lens with about 13-14 mm focal length (or 18mm for the Micro 4/3 model) on a 35mm full-format camera. At the time of writing, the lens is the only one of its kind with brightness f / 2.8.

A straight drawing ultra-wide angle is excellent for images of landscape, architecture, interior and for extreme angles, for example in action sports contexts. The good brightness makes it extra suitable for night pictures and astro pictures.
