The Falcon Eyes Quick Release Plate PH-A is a quick release plate that you can attach to your light stand, by using the screw on the spigot. You can use the light stand as a camera tripod. The quick release plate has a female 1/4" screw connection at the bottom and a male 1/4" screw connection on top.
