Terms and conditions
1.Purchase
A purchase agreement is met when Voosestore confirmes the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is generated automatically. If delivery changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Voosestore have ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been paid by the customer. In order to shop with us, you must be 18 years old.
2. Price and Vat
Prices includes 25% VAT . On confirmation of order vat vill be removed from price if delivery adress is located outside of eu or if you are vat registred. You must fill in your vat nr if you are located in the eu to purchase without vat.
25% Swedish VAT is removed from the total when it is sent to Norway. 25% Norwegian VAT and eventually some customs will instead be charged separately when the goods arrive in Norway.
At the moment there is no options to pay the vat/toll in advance in the total when shipped to Norway.
3.Shipping
A shipping charge will be added to the price which is determined by your location and order weight.
Shipping ia available to the whole world.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be done with VISA or MasterCard.
Institutes in Denmark,Norway and Finland can also make payment with a valid GLN-number.
5. Deliveries
Products in stock are normally shipped within 2 business days after we have received your order. In cases where an item needs to be ordered from supplier delivery time may be slightly longer. These goods are marked on order, and customers are the notified about the estimated delivery time. The packages are delivered by the Postal Service.
6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays beyond our control. This may occur when a supplier is unable to meet its delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage delay accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you if delivery is delayed.
7. Transport risk
Together with our shipping partners, we stand for the transport risk, ie. the risk of product damage or loss during shipment from our warehouse to you. You and the carrier assumes the risk in the event returned to us.
8. Damaged goods
When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. Should the packaging and contents be damaged please indicate this on your mail center or directly to the carrier. Always keep the confirmation you receive on your goods that are damaged. We would be grateful if you would notify us immediately if it occurs but latest within a week of delivery.
9. Returns and Money Back
According "Distansavtalslagen" consumers have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without specific reason. When exercising the right of withdrawal / Open purchase we will refund the purchase price. Returns and Return policy does not apply when goods can not be returned in an unassembled, unused and undamaged condition. Does not apply to cut lenght goods. If you receive an item that is faulty or delievered we will of course pay return shipping. Contact us so we can agree on compensation for the return payable to you.
10. Complaints
If you wish to return a damaged or defective product, please contact us via e-mail or phone within a week. We havephone ours between 10:00 to 18:00. Always save the packaging, original box and payment confirmation. If you return a damaged product to us to do the simplest of the packing and packaging as it was sent out in. Voosestore follows "konsumentkoplagen" which means 36 months warranty. The warranty covers only the initial errors, ie errors that existed in the product when delivered. This does not apply in cases where we can not find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage yourself. Ordinary wear and tear will not be replaced.
11. Refunds
Refunds are made to your bank account or the way the customer suggests. Refund is made within five working days that we have received and accepted your return.
12. Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about exceptions during Force Majeure below.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep that agreement / pledge shall constitute grounds that we released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
