The Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor is a highly adaptable 5″ HDR touchscreen display that offers full camera control and can be mounted in various locations, making it ideal for any filming setup. It replicates the controls and overlays of the built-in LCD, providing a practical solution when rigging or accessories obstruct the internal display. With multiple mounting points, it serves as a large viewfinder for precise focusing and framing, or as an assist station for crew members to monitor shots from different angles on set. The monitor features three customizable buttons for quick access to essential functions like zebra, focus assist, and false color, while its bright 1500 nit display and removable sunshade guarantee excellent visibility, even in direct sunlight.

Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor Kit contains the monitor, foldable sunshade, locking USB cable and PYXIS Mounts to attach to Blackmagic PYXIS and Blackmagic URSA Cine cameras. The design of the PYXIS Mounts with a dovetail means the PYXIS Monitor can be quickly attached and removed from the camera. The mount makes it simple to position the monitor where customers need it without requiring tools to loosen bolts
