The Kinefinity EAGLE HDMI e-Viewfinder Core Kit is a compact and professional electronic viewfinder for filmmakers working with cinema cameras, DSLRs and mirrorless cameras with HDMI output. With a sharp Full HD Micro-OLED panel, 10-bit color processing, zero lag, and silent, fanless construction, the EAGLE provides a precise and responsive image for both focus and exposure.
EAGLE HDMI is equipped with a 0.71-inch Micro-OLED display with 1920 × 1080 resolution, contrast over 10,000:1 and 10-bit image processing. It delivers a crisp, clear and color-accurate image that makes it easier to assess focus, exposure and detail directly in the viewfinder.
Thanks to an FPGA-based hybrid architecture, EAGLE offers fast start-up, fast response and no additional image delay. The fanless design also allows the viewfinder to operate completely silently, a major advantage when recording in sound-sensitive environments.
The viewfinder has both HDMI Type-A input and HDMI loop-out, making it possible to simultaneously monitor the signal in the viewfinder and pass the image on to an external monitor or recorder. This facilitates multi-monitor setup and makes the system more flexible in professional productions.
Kinefinity EAGLE HDMI offers several professional assistance tools, including waveform, histogram, false color, zebra, focus peaking and magnification in 2:1 or 4:1. In addition, frame lines, center marker, anamorphic de-squeeze, image rotation and image flip are supported for even better control on set.
The built-in diopter adjustment from -6D to +2D makes the viewfinder useful for a wide range of viewing needs. It provides a more comfortable user experience and reduces the need for additional optical accessories.
With a weight of only 348 grams and multiple mounting options via quick-lock, rosette, 1/4"-20 and M6 thread, EAGLE can be adapted to many different camera rigs. The compact design makes it particularly attractive for handheld filming and portable production setups.
EAGLE HDMI is powered via USB-C with 5V input, making it easy to integrate into modern camera systems and power solutions. The updated power supply via USB-C PD improves both compatibility and ease of use.
