Fly longer with improved social media support when filming with the Mini 3 Drone from DJI. Compared to the previous generation, the Mini 3 has improved wind resistance and battery life and now offers up to 38 minutes of flight time. It also adds true vertical shooting, which is a feature that lets you rotate the gimbal 90° to shoot vertical images that can be instantly shared on social media platforms. Like the Mini 2, the Mini 3 captures stunning videos in 4K HDR, uses OcuSync 2.0 for a transmission range of up to 10km and includes a host of automated features to make flying easier. This version of the Mini 3 gets you in the air quickly with the inclusion of a DJI RC remote control, flight battery and more.

DJI RC remote control

Included with this version of the Mini 3 is the DJI RC Remote, a sophisticated controller that uses an integrated LCD and the DJI Fly app to get you in the air quickly, without the need for a smartphone.

QuickShots

Using a handful of different pre-programmed drone flight patterns, you can use the DJI Fly app to quickly take professional-level videos. You can choose from Dronie, Helix, Rocket, Circle or Boomerang modes. Once you take a picture or video in the DJI Fly app, you can add filters and audio tracks and share your work directly to social media platforms. With QuickTransfer, you can quickly send your QuickShots to your mobile device for backup and online sharing.

Panorama

With aerial photography, the workspace is huge, so DJI gives you multiple options to capture everything with panoramic modes. You can choose from wide-angle, 180° or sphere panoramas. The Mini 3 does the rest automatically.

Built-in photo optimization

The DJI Fly app can intelligently optimize your images immediately after downloading a photo from the Mini 3, giving you images with more vibrant colors and contrast.

Fast transfer

Downloading your images can be as easy as walking close to your drone. When your smartphone is close enough to the Mini 3, the DJI Fly app can automatically connect to the drone and synchronize selected photos and videos at speeds of up to 20 MB/s.

Automated functions

Piloting is made less stressful with the Mini 3 thanks to a range of integrated automatic features, such as auto start, precise hover and multiple return-to-home modes. Precise hover uses both the downward visibility and the infrared sensing system of the drone to perform a stable and precise hover. Return-to-Home modes include Smart RTH, Low Battery RTH, and Failsafe RTH, which use GPS to automatically fly the Mini 3 back to the starting point if needed.
