Battery details

The kit includes two NP-F750 L-series-type batteries rated at 5200mAh. These 7.4V batteries serve as spare or replacement batteries for Atomos monitors and recorders. Note that the NP-F750 batteries are compatible with all Atomos monitors and recorders except the Sumo.

Charger and charging features

The Atomos 2A Fast Battery Charger 2 charges a single L-series battery quickly and securely. It features a locking power cord connector to prevent accidental unplugging and a four-bar LED status display so you can monitor charge progress. Expect about three hours to charge a 5200mAh battery from empty.

The charger accepts 110 to 240 VAC input, making it worldwide compatible, and it ships with a power supply that uses a 2-prong AC plug.

Power cables and compatibility

The kit includes two useful power cables. The 6.6' USB-C to 2.1mm PD locking power cable lets you feed PD-style power into 2.1mm-equipped monitors. The 6.6' coiled D-Tap to 2.1mm DC power cable provides a retractable connection from D-Tap sources and is intended for use with the Eliminator battery and most recorders.

Sunhood and protective accessories

The included 5" sunhood for Ninja V, Shinobi, and Shinobi SDI is black and uses a snap-on design for fast attachment and removal. It secures to the monitor with two clips on the bottom and two clips on top. The kit also includes a 5" neoprene sleeve for additional protection while the monitor is stored or transported.
