Atomos UltraSync BLUE – Wireless Bluetooth timecode sync for up to six devices with 20+ hour battery

The UltraSync BLUE provides simple, low-cost wireless timecode synchronization for compatible cameras and audio recorders that support the timecode over Bluetooth® protocol. It sends timecode directly into the embedded media files of connected devices, removing the need for cables and increasing freedom when filming with smaller or mobile cameras.

UltraSync BLUE transmits accurate timecode over Bluetooth to an expanding list of compatible cameras, audio recorders and apps. Once you pair a device or app, the UltraSync BLUE remembers the connection and automatically reconnects. This lets manufacturers embed industry-standard timecode metadata directly into media files, which professional NLEs recognize.

Flexible wireless sync options

You can use a single UltraSync BLUE to sync up to six Bluetooth devices within close range. Alternatively, you can connect UltraSync BLUE to a Timecode Systems long-range RF network. In that configuration it syncs with cameras and audio recorders that are using Timecode Systems units on the same RF channel.

In addition, the Atomos AtomX SYNC module works on the same RF network. This allows you to bring wireless timecode sync to Ninja V recorders and combine devices on set using both Bluetooth and RF technologies for a flexible, scalable synchronization system.

The UltraSync BLUE is compact and lightweight. It features a high-resolution blue OLED display and a battery that lasts more than 20 hours from a single charge. This extended battery life helps it easily outlast a full shooting day while remaining discreet and unobtrusive during filming.
