B&W Outdoor Case Type 500 for Insta360 X3 – Dust-, water- and shockproof protection

Protect your Insta360 X3 and its accessories with a purpose-built case designed for outdoor use. The B&W Outdoor Case Type 500 provides dustproof, waterproof and shockproof protection so you can transport your action camera and gear safely to any destination.

Built for secure transport

The Type 500 is a compact, sturdy case made from polypropylene (PP). It offers reliable protection during travel and outdoor activities. Because it is certified to several military and transport standards, the case meets tough requirements for impact resistance and handling during transit.

Protection features and environmental resistance

The case resists dust and water with IP67 certification and includes an automatic pressure compensation valve for air travel. It also handles wide temperature ranges, remaining stable from -30° C up to +80° C. In addition, the case is impact- and shockproof, providing extra protection against drops and bumps while you move.

Organised interior

Despite the compact exterior, the Type 500 offers an efficiently organised interior. The case includes a blue/black customised foam insert in the base that fits the Insta360 X3 and additional equipment. The lid contains egg-crate foam to hold items securely in place and reduce movement during transport.

Security and handling

The case includes two eyelets for padlocks (Ø 4.5 mm) so you can add locks to protect against unauthorised access. It also features two locking latches that secure the lid for maximum protection. A name tag helps identify the case, and the design is stackable for easier storage or transport of multiple cases.
