The Delkin CFexpress memory card reader combines high transfer speeds with a rugged, travel-ready design. It supports CFexpress Type B cards used in broadcast, cinema, and photography workflows and aims to reduce transfer times for large files such as high‑resolution RAW images and 8K/4K video.

Next Generation Speed for Professional Workflows

This reader uses a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C interface to deliver data transfer performance up to 10 Gb/s, which is about two times faster than USB 3.0. As a result, you can offload large files—RAW photos, HD, 3D, 4K and 8K video—more quickly, helping to streamline your editing and delivery workflow. Note that XQD, CFast 2.0 and CompactFlash memory cards are not compatible with this reader.

Durable, Heat-Managed Aluminum Construction

Delkin built the reader from anodized aluminum to provide ruggedized protection and extend product lifetime. The housing includes multiple heat sinks to help prevent overheating during heavy transfers. In addition, the reader offers internal storage for one CFexpress card and ships with a rubber end cover to protect against bumps, impact, water damage, dust and other debris.

Compact and Travel-Friendly Design

The reader measures 3 inches long and weighs less than 1/4 lb., making it easy to carry in a backpack, camera bag, laptop case or pocket. This compact form factor lets you access files anywhere, whether you are on location or traveling between shoots, while taking up minimal space.

Plug & Play Convenience and Broad Compatibility

You can access files immediately without installing drivers or using external power. The reader includes separate USB-A and USB-C cables so you can connect to a wide range of computers. It is backwards compatible with USB 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1 ports, although transfer speeds will be lower on those older interfaces. The device works with both Mac and Windows systems.
