The Feelworld LUT6 6" gives filmmakers a large, daylight-viewable on-camera display without making the camera setup feel cumbersome. It places a high-resolution touchscreen on the front for fast image review, while keeping mounting and power options accessible on the sides and back.
The front features a large, high-resolution, daylight-viewable LCD touchscreen that you can tap to access menus and settings. On the left side, the monitor provides video connections. The bottom includes an SD card slot and the outer frame offers standard 1/4" mount points on both the bottom and the right side. These mounting points make the LUT6 easy to attach to a camera or rig and simple to share with a team member or client on set.
The back of the LUT6 has space for an NP-F battery, allowing on-board power with common camera batteries. In addition to touch control, the monitor supports physical buttons for operators who prefer tactile controls. A wheel button provides quick selection and function adjustments via tap or rotate actions. You can also tap the power switch to turn off the touch function when you want to prevent accidental inputs.
The LUT6 includes a range of built-in LUTs to help replicate post-production workflows during shooting. It has HLG 2020, HLG 709, HLG P3 HDR 3D LUT, and Rec709 De-slog3 LUTs. It also includes LUTs for SLOG2, SLOG3, LOGC, and VLOG. Moreover, the monitor can display an HDR (high dynamic range) signal to reveal greater clarity and detail while simplifying the complexities of shooting Log and HDR on set.
The LUT6 offers 4K HDMI in and loop-out. Therefore, you can display the live picture on multiple displays simultaneously while maintaining the original video quality. You can also connect the monitor to a wireless transmitter for transmission to film crew or director monitoring at the same time. Without a cable, the monitor gives you more flexibility to transition between scenes, which can be especially useful for outdoor shooting.
You can access menu settings and features with a single tap on the touchscreen. In addition, the LUT6 supports physical button control for users who prefer hardware operation. Use the wheel button to tap or rotate for fast selections and function settings. When needed, tap the power switch to disable the touch function to prevent accidental changes during a shoot.
