Monitor your 4K HDR signals in the field with the Feelworld S7. This compact 7" touchscreen field monitor uses a durable aluminum chassis and supports 12G-SDI plus HDMI 2.0 inputs and outputs so you can view 4K footage without down-resing. The LCD panel delivers a 1920 x 1200 resolution, 1200:1 contrast ratio, and 1600 cd/m² brightness to provide a clear image even in bright conditions.
The S7 includes a broad set of professional imaging tools for accurate monitoring and exposure control. These tools help camera operators, DPs, and focus pullers evaluate image quality quickly on set.

You can use the DC power input for continuous operation or install standard L-series/NP-F batteries in the rear dual battery mount for mobile use. The monitor supports one or two batteries and they are hot-swappable. For example, one NP-F970 battery (6600mAh) will last about 3 hours. The upper right corner of the screen displays battery level after installation. If you need V-mount power, an optional V-mount battery plate is available separately.
The monitor houses a three-color tally light on top that shows red, green, or yellow states to indicate recording, on-air, or preview cues. The tally connects through a DB9 connector on the rear. For mounting flexibility, the S7 includes three 1/4"-20 female threaded points (bottom, right, left) so you can attach the included tilting shoe adapter or other rigging hardware.
The chassis is CNC-machined aluminum to withstand rugged production environments while keeping a compact form factor for handheld and rig-mounted setups.
The S7 supports a wide range of HDMI and SDI formats across DCI 4K, UHD 4K, 2K, 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 576p/i, and 480p/i frame rates. This broad compatibility makes it suitable for professional camcorders, DSLRs, and modern cinema cameras.
question: Can the S7 display 4K signals without downscaling?
Answer: Yes. The S7 accepts 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 4K signals and can monitor them without down-resing, and it provides SDI/HDMI outputs for routing the feed.
question: Does the monitor support HDR and HLG formats?
Answer: The product documentation states HDR HLG support and lists HLG1, HLG2, and HLG3 types for HDR monitoring. Note that some specification fields also list "HDR Support: No"; please check your workflow needs and confirm with us if you require a specific HDR feature set before purchase.
question: How can I power the S7 on location?
Answer: You can power the S7 via the 12 VDC barrel input or by using the included dual L-series battery plate for L-series/NP-F batteries. You can run one or two batteries, swap them hot, and monitor battery level on-screen. An optional V-mount plate is available separately for larger battery solutions.
question: What mounting and rigging options are available?
Answer: The S7 has three 1/4"-20 female threads (bottom, left, right) for mounting on the included tilting shoe adapter, cages, arms, or other rigging hardware. This gives you flexibility to place the monitor for handheld, rig, or studio use.
question: Can I apply LUTs to outputs for clients or live streams?
Answer: Yes. The S7 can apply 3D LUTs and output the LUT-applied image via HDMI and 3G-SDI loop outputs, which is useful for providing a graded preview to a director, client monitor, or live stream.
