The Hollyland Cosmo M7 is a 7" wireless receive monitor designed for on-set monitoring with a bright, daylight-viewable screen and an integrated receiver compatible with Cosmo 2000 transmitters. It gives you professional monitoring functions, flexible mounting and powering options, and useful accessories for run-and-gun and studio workflows.
The M7 features a 7" touchscreen with a 1920 x 1200 resolution and 1500 cd/m² brightness, making the display suitable for outdoor use. It receives up to 1080p video at 60 fps from a Cosmo 2000 transmitter and can maintain a wireless link up to 600' away. Because the Cosmo transmitter can send to multiple receivers, the M7 can operate alongside other monitors on the same shoot.
The monitor includes a range of standard monitoring tools to help you judge exposure, color and framing. You can also monitor audio embedded in the video stream through the 3.5mm headphone jack.
You can power the Cosmo M7 from a D-Tap source using the included cable or via the dual L-series battery plate. When you use two NP-F970 batteries the monitor can run for up to 4 hours. For physical attachment, the monitor has 1/4"-20 threads on the sides and bottom to mount it or to attach the supplied wooden handles. A neck strap and sun hood are also included to help carry and shield the screen in bright conditions.
