The Jobo alpha B&W kit contains a dedicated negative developer and neutral fixer. The developer is formulated to allow full use of film sensitivity while maintaining very fine grain and great sharpness. When used together, the developer and the Jobo alpha neutral fixer keep the entire film process in an alkaline to neutral environment.
The developer permits full exploitation of the film's sensitivity. As a result, you can expect very fine grain and great sharpness on developed negatives. Moreover, when you apply the included neutral fixer together with the developer, the whole film processing sequence takes place in an alkaline to neutral chemical environment.
Mix part A and part B to prepare the 6 L working solution of Jobo alpha Developer. Prepare each Neutral Fixer pack to produce a 2 L working solution, for a total of three fixer batches. These volumes are included in the kit and correspond to the stated capacity of the kit.
