The Kupo KCP-101W Max Arm lets you position a camera, lighting fixture, or accessory in seconds. It combines 360-degree ball joints, a 360-degree central elbow, and a rubberized hand wheel so you can make precise adjustments and then lock all joints simultaneously.
The arm uses two 5/8" (16mm) studs mounted on ball joints that rotate a full 360 degrees. Furthermore, a cut-out in the sleeve lets you bend the stud 90 degrees when you need an offset or angled mounting point. For fine control, the central elbow also rotates 360 degrees, giving you multiple axes of adjustment for virtually infinite positioning options.
When you need to lock the setup, the large rubberized hand wheel lets you increase tension gradually. As you tighten the wheel, tension builds evenly until all three joints lock at once. This simultaneous locking reduces drift and simplifies final positioning.
To avoid slippage, the Max Arm uses user-replaceable special friction discs together with anti-slip rosettes. These components prevent unwanted movement and can be replaced by the user when worn.

Question: What maximum load can the Kupo Max Arm handle?
Answer: The Max Arm supports loads of up to 4kg, which you should consider when mounting cameras, lights, or accessories to ensure safe operation.
Question: How do I prevent mounted gear from rotating on the studs?
Answer: Each stud features six milled flat surfaces. These flats create a secure, non-rotating interface between the stud and the mounted accessory, reducing the chance of unwanted rotation during use.
Question: Can I adjust the arm to a bent or angled position?
Answer: Yes. The ball joints rotate 360 degrees, and a cut-out in the sleeve allows each stud to be bent 90 degrees for angled mounting. In addition, the central elbow rotates 360 degrees for flexible placement.
Question: How does the hand wheel affect joint locking and positioning?
Answer: The large rubberized hand wheel increases tension slowly and evenly. As you tighten it, tension builds until all three joints lock simultaneously, making it easier to achieve precise final positioning without separate adjustments for each joint.
Question: What happens when the friction discs wear out?
Answer: The Max Arm uses user-replaceable special friction discs alongside anti-slip rosettes. When these parts show wear, you can replace them to restore secure friction and prevent unwanted movement.
Question: Is there any warranty coverage for this product?
Answer: Yes. The Kupo KCP-101W Max Arm comes with a limited two-year warranty. For warranty claims or service, contact your seller or authorized service center for guidance under the warranty terms.
