The Kupo KCP-260B grip head mounts to a hexagonal stud designed to fit the Super Convi Clamp and Super Viser Clamp systems. It pairs with a grip arm to give you flexibility when positioning gobos and other accessories on set.
Use the KCP-260B with a grip arm to place flags, scrims, silks and similar accessories almost anywhere you need them. Because it mounts to a hex stud that fits commonly used Kupo clamp systems, you can quickly add or reposition modifiers to shape and control light during a shoot.
The grip head uses a pair of rotating aluminum discs that attach to a 5/8" (16 mm) receiver. The discs provide multiple V-shaped jaw sizes so you can clamp a variety of mounting studs or tubing. The unit has a black powder coated finish for a consistent look on set.
Attach the grip head to a compatible clamp and then mount a grip arm or accessory stud into the receiver. Next, rotate and lock the discs to secure the accessory in the desired position. Because the jaws accept four different stud/tubing sizes, you can change accessories without additional adapters.
The KCP-260B is designed to work with the Super Convi Clamp and Super Viser Clamp systems. Typical use cases include holding flags, scrims, silks and other light-shaping tools in place, as well as mounting small accessories that use common stud sizes.
