The Kupo KCP-819 Adjustable Junior Side Arm offsets a boom arm or large lighting fixture from a heavy-duty stand while keeping the floor area unobstructed. It uses a quick-release clamp for fast, secure suspension and positions equipment anywhere along its 16.1" (410 mm) offset length.
The adjustable quick-release coupler fits tube sizes from 25 mm to 50 mm and lets you mount the side arm at any point along the 16.1" (410 mm) length. This design makes it simple to offset a boom or fixture without moving the stand, and it speeds setup and repositioning on set.
The side arm combines aluminum alloy castings and alloy steel components. The clamp is made from gravity die-cast aluminum for strength and longevity. The twin junior (28 mm) receiver is welded to high-tensile-strength alloy steel for secure attachment of compatible fixtures.

question: What tube sizes can the KCP-819 clamp to?
Answer: The adjustable quick-release coupler fits tubes from 25 mm to 50 mm. For rigging on pipes, the side arm supports diameters from 25 mm to 55 mm.
question: How do I secure a lighting fixture to the side arm?
Answer: Use the twin junior (28 mm) receiver to attach compatible fixtures. The unit features a patented PUSH & LOCK system for quick locking and a backward safety pin device that provides added security against accidental loss of the offset arm.
question: What is the usable offset length and can I reposition along it?
Answer: The offset length is 410 mm (16.1"). You can position the attachment anywhere along this length quickly and easily to achieve the desired offset.
question: What materials are used and is the clamp durable?
Answer: The clamp body is made from gravity die-cast aluminum and critical attachment points use alloy steel with high-tensile welds. These materials provide durability suitable for regular rigging tasks.
