The Kupo KS-265 protects Steadicam arms in challenging environments. Made for filmmakers and camera operators, this sleeve cover helps repel water and guard against sand and dust while allowing quick access to the arm post and tension controls.
The two-section construction separates protective coverage into manageable parts. Therefore, you can remove or open one section without exposing the entire arm. Moreover, the front velcro fastening gives fast access to the arm post for adjustments or checks. For fine-tuning tension, a small zipper on the sleeve’s side is positioned to let you reach the adjustment point directly and quickly.

Question: Will the KS-265 fit my Steadicam arm?
Answer: The KS-265 is designed specifically for Steadicam arms. Its two-section design and front velcro closure provide flexible coverage and allow you to adapt the sleeve to the arm while keeping access for adjustments.
Question: How waterproof is the sleeve?
Answer: The sleeve uses a rugged 1,000 Denier outer texture with an inner PVC coating and superior insulated zippers to repel water. These features make it suitable for rain and sea water environments while helping to keep moisture away from the arm.
Question: Can I adjust arm tension without removing the cover?
Answer: Yes. A small zipper sewn into the side of the sleeve gives direct access to the tension mechanism, so you can make quick tension adjustments without removing the cover.
Question: Is this cover effective against sand and dust?
Answer: Yes. The materials and construction are intended to help keep out sand and dust. The two-section layout and secure closures reduce exposure to particles during shoots in harsh environments.
