The Kupo KSC-140 is a universal camera ball leveling head designed to lock your camera position quickly and securely. It features a single 55mm diameter solid ball and a tightening knob that lets you orient and fix your camera with ease. The unit combines a robust base plate with a versatile top mounting slot for common industry accessories.
The head uses one 55mm diameter solid ball for smooth, stable movement. In addition, the tightening knob lets you clamp the ball in place quickly. As a result, you can adjust framing or balance and then secure the camera reliably.
The base is a durable 3/8” thick aluminum cheese plate measuring 8” x 8” (203mm x 203mm). It includes the industrial standard 3/8” holes, which are spaced every 1”. Therefore, you get multiple mounting positions for rigs, cages, or other support hardware.
The top mounting plate features a 3/8” (10mm) slot that runs 100mm in length. This slot allows the head to accept a standard ARRI sliding base and similar sliding accessories, improving flexibility when balancing larger camera setups.
The KSC-140 supports a maximum load of 34kg, allowing it to handle a wide range of professional camera and accessory configurations within that limit.
Use the KSC-140 when you need a robust, adjustable interface between your camera and support gear. For example, mount it on a rig or platform where multiple 3/8” attachment points are required, or pair it with an ARRI sliding base to fine-tune camera position along the slot. Because it locks quickly, it suits setups that require frequent repositioning followed by secure clamping.
