The NiSi Nano IR Neutral Density Filter ND32000 reduces the light reaching your camera by 15 stops. It gives you the control to use very long shutter speeds or to open the aperture in bright conditions. The filter comes in a 95mm diameter and is built for demanding photographic situations such as landscape, travel and portrait work.
Use this dense ND filter when you want dreamy motion effects in landscapes and travel photos. For example, it helps create smooth water surfaces and streaking clouds with long shutter speeds. It also lets you use a large aperture in strong sunlight, which is useful for portraits when you need shallow depth of field without overexposure.
The ND32000 is made of high-quality optical glass from Japan. In addition, NiSi fits the filter with multi-layer anti-reflection coatings on both sides to preserve contrast and reduce glare and reflections. These coatings help maintain image quality even when you expose for extended periods.
NiSi’s special IR coating removes infrared light and helps ensure neutral color reproduction at long shutter speeds. Furthermore, a super hard Nano coating repels water, grease and dust. As a result, the surface resists contaminants and remains easy to clean when needed.
The filter ring is made of aluminum and measures only 3.5 mm in thickness. Because the frame is ultra-thin and matte black, you can use the filter on wide-angle lenses with a reduced risk of vignetting.

Question: What does “15 stops” mean for my exposure?
Answer: The filter reduces incoming light by 15 stops (ND factor 32000), allowing much longer shutter speeds or wider apertures in bright conditions without overexposure.
Question: Will this filter cause color casts during long exposures?
Answer: NiSi fits the filter with a special IR coating that eliminates infrared light and helps maintain neutral color reproduction even at long shutter speeds.
Question: Can I use this filter on wide-angle lenses without vignetting?
Answer: Yes. The filter has an ultra-thin, matte black aluminum frame that is only 3.5 mm thick, which reduces the risk of vignetting on wide-angle lenses.
Question: How easy is it to keep the filter clean in the field?
Answer: The super hard Nano coating repels water, grease and dust, making the filter easier to clean and maintain during outdoor shoots.
Question: Which lenses does the 95mm filter fit?
Answer: This NiSi ND32000 is a 95mm filter and fits lenses with a 95mm filter thread, allowing you to attach it directly to compatible lenses.
