The NiSi Filter Protector Pro Nano HUC 39mm protects the front element of your lens from dust and impact. It uses high-quality optical glass with nano coatings on both sides to maintain light transmission. The aluminum frame measures 3.5mm in thickness, making this an ultra-thin protector that fits well on wide-angle lenses and helps avoid vignetting.
The filter provides front-element protection while allowing most light to pass through. It features a carefully finished frame and surface treatments that support daily use. Also, the specially treated glass and coatings support easy cleaning and reduce surface reflections.
NiSi applied superfine dull polishing and elaborate knurling to the frame. As a result, the frame will not blanch due to repeated rotation. These touches improve handling when mounting and removing the protector.

Question: Will this protector cause vignetting on my wide-angle lens?
Answer: The NiSi Protector Pro Nano HUC features an ultra-thin 3,5mm aluminum frame specifically to minimize vignetting on wide-angle lenses, so it is designed to fit closely without intruding into the image circle.
Question: How much light does the filter let through, and will it affect exposure?
Answer: The optical glass allows >99,3% light transmission with only 0,3% surface reflection. That means the filter transmits the vast majority of light, preserving exposure while still protecting the front element.
Question: Is the filter easy to keep clean and durable in regular use?
Answer: Yes. The "U" type Nano coating and hardened waterproof coating make the surface easier to clean and resist moisture. In addition, the superfine dull polishing and knurled frame reduce visible wear from repeated rotation, supporting durability in regular handling.
