The Saramonic SmartRig+ Di is a two-channel audio interface that connects professional microphones and electric guitars directly to iOS devices. It uses a Lightning connector so you can record stereo sound with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. The unit gives you real-time monitoring and the option to supply +48V phantom power for condenser microphones.
The SmartRig+ Di converts signals from microphones and guitars into a format your iOS device can record. It provides two independent channels and two thumbwheel gain controls, so you can set the level for each input separately. You can switch between mono and stereo modes and use the REC/PLAY switch depending on your recording workflow.
The interface includes a 3.5 mm headphone output for real-time monitoring. This lets you listen while you record and check levels. The two gain control thumbwheels make it easy to adjust each channel quickly, and the +48V phantom power enables the use of condenser microphones that require external power.
Use the SmartRig+ Di to record quality sound or create music with your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. It is suitable for connecting dynamic and condenser microphones, as well as electric guitars, when you need a compact Lightning-connected recording solution.
