Studio photographers know lighting stands can be heavy, cumbersome and hard to transport. Transporting light stands is often as much about protecting your car and your fingers as it is about moving them easily. The Think Tank Stand Manager 52 rolling case stores and transports stands of many kinds while addressing those concerns.
The Stand Manager 52 uses an innovative combination of internal and external security systems to keep stands in place during transport. Internally, multiple tie-down straps secure stands. Externally, a compression system further stabilizes gear. These measures minimize movement and protect both equipment and vehicle interiors.
Handling and loading are easier thanks to four padded exterior handles, rear skid rails and tall wheel housings. The design lets you roll the case to your vehicle and then load or unload with less effort. In addition, the reinforced bottom panel and clam shell opening provide strong support and wide access to your gear when packing or unpacking.
