The Canon RF mount Laowa 9mm T2.9 Zero-D Cine lens from Venus Optics has markings in both feet and meters and covers up to Super35 sensors, providing a wide 113° angle of view when using an APS-C sensor. It's well suited for outdoor and landscape shoots such as aerial drones, underwater, indie and vlog productions, and it's optimized for digital cinematography with Cinema cameras.

It is lightweight and compact, so it is suitable for both handheld and gimbal use, as well as tripod-mounted shooting. This lens comes in a black color outer casing.
The 9mm film lens has a maximum aperture of T2.9 with 15 elements in 10 groups. Its 7-blade aperture provides a soft, pleasing bokeh, a shallow depth of field with little or no distortion, and a 4.7" close focus distance. The focus and aperture rings have industry-standard 0.8 MOD gearing that fits standard film follower focus motors. It is also small in size, with a 58mm front diameter and a 55mm thread for adding filters. Focus and aperture markings are provided on the side of the lens to facilitate focus pullers. A Pelican hard shell case with custom foam is included to protect and transport the lens.
