Comes from the high-end lens brand "X" for the Lumix G Micro System that meets the Micro Four Thirds System standard. With its 9 lenses in 8 groups, the lens system provides outstanding contrast throughout the zoom range. The lens consists of four aspherical lenses which, in addition to the compact format, also dramatically improve optical performance by minimizing distortion, even with a 28 mm wide angle. The chromatic aberration is effectively compensated by the two ED lenses. And the retractable lens system has outstanding compactness of approximately 26.8 mm in length and about 95 g in weight, providing ultra-high mobility.

Reflections have been minimized throughout the visible light range (380 nm-780 nm) using Panasonic's Nano Surface Coating technology with nanostore surface structure with an extra low refractive index on the lens surface. This results in a super-sharp image with a dramatic reduction in shadows and reflections.

Thanks to the internal focus system powered by a stepper motor, the superb optical design provides superior agility that supports the fast AF system in Lumix G cameras.

Atem mini / Atem Mini Pro compatibility

The electrically powered zoom motor makes it compatible with blackmagic pocket 4k when connected to the atem mini pro or atem mini and hence can control the zoom from the atem mini software.
