The compact SLR Magic Anamorphot-65 1.33x Anamorphic Adapter is designed to work with lenses with a front element size of up to 65mm in diameter. This 1.33x Anamorphic Adapter sports a rear thread size of 82mm, and features an internal focus design. The Anamorphot-65 has a minimum close focus of four feet, and can accept 112mm threaded filters and diopters.
The Anamorphot-65 1.33x Anamorphic Adapter is optimized to work with the Fujinon MK zoom range, and is also compatible with 82mm-threaded SLR Magic MicroPrimes. Unlike a cropped "anamorphic" image obtained with a spherical lens, this adapter enables you to utilize the total area of your camera's sensor.
This anamorphic lens adapter enables you to capture your image using your entire sensor, so there is no loss in resolution when compared with cropping your image.
The Anamorphot-65 1.33x screws onto your lens's front, providing the classic anamorphic effect for lenses with a front diameter of up to 65mm.
The Anamorphot-65 1.33x focuses down to a minimum of four feet.
