Helicoil, NATO and QD
When it comes to fixing, you can choose from threaded, NATO and QD points, or any combination you need. All threaded points are stainless-steel helicoiled for added strength. Helicoil fittings are crucial to prevent thread stripping or binding. An important factor to consider when constantly changing rig configurations.
Strength & Lightness
Each section of this Side & Top Plate Kit is CNC cut from high-grade aluminmium alloy billet, which is then hard anodised for extra durability. The result is highly resilient component, which is also extremely light-weight at only 35 grams each. The low-profile design is also a handy feature when creating compact camera builds.
LeftField KOMODO Adapter Supports
When mounted on the RED KOMODO, you can use our range of lens adapter supports. These supports secure mount adapters to the camera, removing any unwelcome flex or play in the mount.
The supports are not compatible with the RED KOMODO-X.
