Sturdy aluminum support arm for assembling a cage rig
This crescent-shaped support arm can be mounted on the 15mm rods of a DSLR rig. In this way you can assemble a so-called cage rig with a second pair of rods running above the main rods with the camera mount. This second pair of rods you can either use to mount additional video gear or a top handle for a better handling of the overall rig.
The support arm consists of two parts which are connected with two wingnuts, so that they are easily to disconnect.
