ATEM 1 M/E Constellation 4K is a powerful live production switcher with full support for UHD 4K and 12G-SDI. It is designed for professional live productions, broadcasts and events where flexibility, high image quality and advanced audio management are essential. With 10 12G-SDI inputs and 6 independent 12G-SDI outputs, it delivers uncompromising performance in both HD and UHD up to 2160p60.
10× 12G-SDI inputs - UHD up to 2160p60
All inputs are multi-rate 12G-SDI and support SD, HD and UHD formats up to 4K60. Each input has built-in frame synchronizer, frame rate converter and format converter, making it possible to mix different cameras and formats without genlock.
Professional transitions & built-in DVE
The switcher offers broadcast-quality transitions such as mix, dip and wipe as well as a powerful DVE processor for squeeze effects and advanced graphics transitions. The built-in DVE enables professional picture-in-picture effects with 3D edges, shadows and lighting effects.
Advanced keyers
ATEM 1 M/E Constellation 4K features 4 upstream chroma keyers per M/E row as well as downstream keyers for professional graphics and virtual studios. Ideal for green screen productions and complex layer compositions.
Multiview with up to 16 windows
The integrated multiview output can display up to 16 routable windows with programs, previews, inputs, media players, clean feed and audio level meters.
Fairlight 48-channel audio mixer
All SDI inputs are connected to an embedded Fairlight audio mixer with 6-band parametric EQ, compressor, limiter, noise gate and expander. Support for embedded SDI audio (16 channels per input) and analog audio inputs.
Professional talkback & camera control
Built-in talkback with 5-pin XLR headset connector and RJ12 for integration with ClearCom or RTS systems. Support for SDI talkback via channel 15/16 and tally and camera control over SDI.
Internal media pool
The built-in media pool stores up to 20 still images and 200 frames of RGBA quality animations. Media players appear as separate inputs without taking up SDI ports.
Flexible control
Control the switcher via the front panel, ATEM Software Control (Mac/Windows) or any ATEM Advanced Panel. Multiple users can work simultaneously via Ethernet.
