Auxiliary outputs with dedicated channels for recording, streaming or monitor function Updated user interface for quick and easy handling High quality microphone amplifier and signal converter Direct control over PTZ cameras from JVC and Panasonic over Ethernet Automix for video and audio to simplify control for individual technicians Flexible all-in-one device with flexible connection options With built-in functions such as mixing four video channels, eight-channel digital audio mixer, multi-view touch screen, and streaming via USB - all this gathered in a single controlled device. With the large connection options on the back of the unit, it is easy to get all your equipment into your live production.Divide the connections to suit your production
Built-in live streaming, HD quality recording and support for viewing information on an external monitor, to e.g. give extra support to speakers - all this is in the VR-50HD Mark II. With the Aux outputs, you can easily send one of the video channels to a speaker with an external monitor to provide support, or show what the broadcast looks like, or perhaps to a producer or administrator - all to get the best possible control over your production.New interface for undisturbed control
Not only does the VR-50HD Mark II do more, it's also easier to handle via a redesigned interface. Getting stuck in multiple layers of menus and settings is now a thing of the past, thanks to dedicated auxiliary buttons, picture-in-picture and still images, similar to those found in professional TV productions. With buttons for select, solo and mute, you also have full control over your audio channels. Via the touch screen, you can watch all your video channels, still images and even direct image mixing.Professional sound with simple means
The viewer expects to get a good sound from your livestream, but getting there does not always fit in a budget. With the VR-50HD Mark II, you eliminate this problem through most smart, automated features that allow you as the sole technician to mix video and audio at the same time. Via Automix you can let the mixer balance the sound levels depending on who is talking and with "video follows audio" you can change the audio channel based on which camera is active. The unit also has a built-in elimination of roundabouts. The input channels on the mixer consist of four combo jacks with XLR / TRS (6.3mm tele) with phantom power 48 V, four stereo pairs (two 6.3mm tele and two RCA), and embedded sound from SDI and HDMI.Integrated PTZ camera control
Pan-tilt zoom (PTZ) cameras are a convenient option when you want to expand your camera angles without having to use a photographer behind each camera. The VR-50HD Mark II has built-in support for these cameras from JVC and Panasonic via Ethernet cable, so you do not have to connect more control units and equipment. Up to six cameras can be connected to the device.Stream easily via USB 3.0
With the same connection technology as webcams, you can easily capture and share video from your events on the web. Just connect a USB 3.0 cable between the VR-50HD Mark II and your computer and use a streaming platform that supports webcam - no additional drivers or software required. To record your streamed broadcast, you can use Roland's VR Capture software, which is free to download for Mac and Windows.
