AG-UX180 4k From Panasonic

The AG-UX180 is the premium model of the new UX range and allows for easy, high-quality 4K, UHD and FHD recording. It is equipped with a newly-designed compact lens featuring a wide 24mm in 4K and 25.4mm in UHD/FHD in addition to a 20x optical zoom, Optical Image Stabilisation (O.I.S), Intelligent Auto-Focus functionality and the use of three manual rings for zoom, focus and iris control.

The AG-UX180 supports 4K 24p, UHD 60p/50p, FHD 60p/50p multi-format recording and HD super slow-motion. Two SD memory card slots*1 are provided to enable relay/simultaneous/backup recording for enhanced reliability. Furthermore, the AG-UX180 is equipped with a 1.0-type MOS sensor, which allows for a balanced performance between sensitivity, depth of field and resolution. It supports 4K at 24p up to 100 Mbps, UHD at 50/60p up to 150Mbps, FHD at 50p/25p up to 50 Mbps, in addition to variable frame rate at up to 50p. In addition, simultaneous recording allows two SD memory cards to be used continuously.

The controls of the AG-UX180, such as the manual three rings and user button, as well as interfaces, such as 3G-SDI/HDMI and XLR input, are engineered to meet the needs of professional video recording. Offering the same level of agility and mobility as the conventional HD handheld camcorder, the AG-UX180 provides powerful support for high-image-quality 4K video production.

  • AG-UX180 delivers  UHD/FHD 60p/50p/30p/23,98p och 4K 24p while  AG-UX90 delivers only UHD i 25p.
  • AG-UX180 har 20x motorized zoom while  AG-UX90 while has  15x motorized zoom
  • AG-UX180 handles 59,94Hz- and  50Hz-mode, while  AG-UX90 only supports  50Hz

4K, UHD, FHD

With both 4k / 24p and Ultra HD (3840x2160) / 60p, the AG-UX180 is capable of meeting 4k needs from professional video filmmakers. With FHD (1920x1080) / 120p there is also the possibility of creating slow motion movies. Leica optics with 20x zoom with built-in image stabilization offer high flexibility, along with a 1 "sensor, the camera maintains the same dark performance as with conventional camcorders even with 4K video.

LCD, OLED, HDMI, SDI och XLR

Equipped with both a 3.5 "LCD and an OLED viewfinder of 0.37", the AG-UX180 offers handy handheld work. With HDMI and 3G SDI, the camera can be included in ready-made systems for events and concerts. Two 3Pin XLRs are available for the use of external microphones.

Dubble SD-card, Dubble Codec

With dual slots and support for Background Recording, Relay Recording and Simultaneus Recording, or choosing to record different codec on different memory cards, there is security and flexibility in mind.
